Groups that buy and run clinics, the funds behind them, and the advisers on each deal.
The clinics groups want to buy are doctor-led, well reviewed and run by founders who plan to stay. Finding them means reading hundreds of websites, registers and company filings for each region, and the picture moves every month: a practitioner joins, a second site opens, a clinic passes to another group. Omnera keeps that reading for you. Each clinic carries who practises there and which registers they appear on, what it offers, how its reviews are moving, how many sites it runs and the company behind it, with the date each was last read. Filter a territory down to the clinics that fit your model, check the evidence before the first call, and see when one of them changes.
The same verified clinics and the same history behind every Omnera page, arranged around this decision.
Filter a territory on what buyers screen for from outside: number of sites, from one site to groups of 26 or more; team size, down to clinics with only one practitioner named; a GMC-registered doctor named; CQC registered, or rated Good or Outstanding; founder-led; booking platform; and the treatments, devices and brands each clinic advertises. See the same clinics on a map, across the UK or within one saved territory.
Each clinic’s evidence sheet shows the practitioners it names and their register matches, CQC status, booking system, devices, the company behind it and its recorded changes, with its sources and an as-of date. Print up to 25 at once.
Save a territory and it re-runs every week. Clinics that newly match it appear in Changes, alongside director and company filings, CQC changes and booking-system moves at the clinics in it. The person who saved it can also have an email summary.
Export the filtered list as a spreadsheet or a CRM-ready file. Exports carry the clinic facts, flags and five-year bands, never a director’s name and never a score.
Signals: Practitioners named, their registers and team depth · Treatments, devices and brands advertised · Google reviews, rating and review momentum. Each names its source and the month its record starts on the methodology page.
Each deliverable is dated and traceable to the clinics behind it, and your own list is matched with a confidence per row.
Omnera shows which clinics fit your filters and the evidence on each, with the date it was recorded. It holds no revenue or profit figures, it does not say who wants to sell (beyond clinics a broker lists publicly), and it carries no score and no prediction. Company and director flags exist only where a clinic is matched to its company on the public register, so an unmatched clinic will not appear under those filters. The dated history starts in late 2025 and grows every month.
Director data comes from the Companies House public register. Inside a licensed workspace, each clinic’s company shows its directors as the register lists them, with name, role and appointment dates, and a five-year age band in place of the date of birth. Exports carry flags and bands and never a director’s name. Practitioner names appear only as a clinic publishes them. Licence terms prohibit using Omnera to contact an individual officer.
Send us the list you already work from. We match it, show you what changed in it, and scope a pilot from there.
