Headline

Share of clinics with at least one recorded change

Drift measurement starts October 2026. Changes recorded so far: 938 across 493 clinics (as of 5 November 2026).

What counts as a change

A listing marked closed or a website gone dark, a rebrand, a practitioner leaving one clinic and appearing at another within 90 days, a brand, treatment or device added or removed, a finance or booking provider switch, a CQC rating change, and a director appointed or resigned at the company behind the clinic. Each is a dated change event with a confidence, derived from two observations of the same clinic, or in the directors' case from the public register.

Changes by signal, trailing 12 months

Window to 1 November 2026. Each row counts clinics with at least one such change in the window, as a share of 14,746 clinics. Only signals with enough history to measure are shown; the rest are listed beneath with the month their record starts.

How to read it

What the figures can and cannot say

A change is a value Omnera read differently between two comparable reads of the same clinic, and a website or booking change counts once a later read confirms it. Before 26 October 2026 each crawl read a different amount of a site, so differences in treatments and brands from before that date are not counted as change. The headline share appears once a full 12 months has been measured this way.

Omnera's own discovery of a clinic is not counted as an opening, and chain splits and re-matches are excluded. Events below the publication confidence stay in the platform and out of these figures. Scores are not part of this report.
